Large Rotator Cuff Tear Repair
This case is showing a recent patient who had a large rotator cuff tear repair that was fixed with a double row. This patient had no acute traumatic injuries but has been having increasing worsening pain in the shoulder for the past few months to a year. This patient will require 4-6 weeks in a sling with minimal to no motion of the shoulder. Outcomes are good to excellent in those patients that don’t do too much before they are ready and follow our rehab guidelines.
